1. Sales & Marketing Executive. (Ref: SB103)

Working within a medium sized team and reporting directly to the proprietor you will have ownership and responsibility for developing Sam Baileys Corporate Catering. You will be expected to create and manage new accounts, promote Sam Baileys Food Hall and Cafe and establish and manage a Food Delivery Network throughout Galway City and County.

Ideally you will

  • Have a passion for good quality food
  • Have 2 to 4 years experience in Corporate Selling
  • Have a Full Clean Driving Licence, with good local knowledge
  • Have perfect Spoken and written English with excellent influencing and negotiation skills
  • Have a strong results orientated can do attitude and be of good character


2. Breakfast Chef (Ref: SB104)

We require an experienced and motivated person to join our catering team. The candidate will be dedicated, enthusiastic and have the ability to work in a busy environment.

Ideally you will

  • Have a passion for high quality food preparation and service
  • Be able to maintain very high standards of excellence and pay close attention to detail
  • Have an advanced level of spoken and written English
  • Be fully HACCP trained with an excellent knowledge of food hygiene regulations
